Code Of Conduct (आचार संहिता)
- In the election process of Uttar Pradesh Industry Trade Board, all the candidates will cooperate in the elections in a peaceful manner.
- Any voter can propose or support a candidate for any one post in the nomination paper.
- If there is any doubt about the signature of the proposer or supporter in the nomination paper, the election officer can get the signature re-signed before him.
- On the written application of the proposer/supporter that I have not signed the nomination paper, in such a situation the nomination paper will be considered invalid.
- Coming to the election venue with weapons and consuming alcohol during the election process is completely prohibited.
- Candidates will be able to do their campaign work at a distance of 50 meters from the polling place.
- The voting program will be conducted as per the time of the clock installed at the polling place.
- The polling agent or counting agent nominated by the candidate can contact the election officer for any problem in the absence of the candidate.
- No candidate should influence the voting of any voter by showing greed or fear.
- Only that person whose name is mentioned in the current membership list can become the polling agent/counting agent of any candidate.
- Any member who represents more than one establishment in one name and gets membership slip made will be able to cast only one vote.
- Proxy vote will not be considered.
- A candidate can fill nomination papers for many posts, but will be able to contest elections for only one post.
- Voting will take place within the time period only. Any member coming after time will not have the right to participate in voting.
- A person will be eligible to enter the election hall only through the pass issued by the election officer to the voters and agents.
- If the elections are postponed due to any kind of obstruction in the election process on the day of election, then in such a case the Returning Officer will submit his report to the District Working Committee, Banda.
- No candidate/agent will use vulgar language and false allegations against any other candidate/agent.
- For the appointment of one polling agent and one counting agent of the candidate, the agent card will be issued by the election officer after the signature of the representative is certified by the candidate. But only one of them will be allowed to enter the polling booth or counting venue.
- It will be the responsibility of the candidate to provide one photo each for the counting agent/polling agent present at the time of voting and counting.
- उ०प्र० उद्योग व्यापार मण्डल के निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया में सभी प्रत्याशी शान्तिपूर्ण ढंग से निर्वाचन में सहयोग करेंगे।
- कोई भी मतदाता किसी एक पद के एक प्रत्याशी के लिये नामांकन पत्र में प्रस्ताव या समर्थक हो सकता है।
- नामांकन पत्र में प्रस्तावक या समर्थक के हस्ताक्षर पर सन्देह होने पर निर्वाचन अधिकारी अपने समक्ष पुनः हस्ताक्षर करा सकते हैं।
- प्रस्तावक / समर्थक के लिखित आवेदन पर कि मैंने नामांकन पत्र में हस्ताक्षर नहीं किये हैं तो ऐसी स्थिति में नामांकन पत्र अवैध माना जायेगा।
- निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया स्थल में निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया के समय शस्त्र लेकर एवं मद्यपान कर आना पूर्ण प्रतिबन्धित है।
- मतदान स्थल से 50 मीटर दूरी पर प्रत्याशी अपना प्रचार कार्य कर सकेंगे।
- मतदान स्थल पर लगी घड़ी के समयानुसार मतदान कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न कराया जायेगा।
- प्रत्याशी द्वारा नामित मतदान अभिकर्ता या मतगणना अभिकर्ता प्रत्याशी की अनुपस्थिति में किसी भी समस्या के लिये निर्वाचन अधिकारी से सम्पर्क कर सकता है।
- कोई प्रत्याशी किसी भी मतदाता को लालच अथवा भय दिखाकर मतदान को प्रभावित न करें।
- किसी भी प्रत्याशी का मतदान अभिकर्ता / मतगणना अभिकर्ता केवल वहीं व्यक्ति बन सकता है जिसका वर्तमान सदस्यता सूची में नाम अंकित हो।
- ऐसा कोई सदस्य एक नाम पर जो एक से अधिक प्रतिष्ठानों का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है सदस्यता पर्ची बनवा लेता है वह केवल एक ही मत दे सकेगा।
- प्राक्सी मत पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा।
- प्रत्याशी कई पदों पर नामांकन पत्र भर सकता है, परन्तु चुनाव केवल एक पद के लिये ही लड़ सकेगा।
- मतदान समयावधि के अन्दर ही होगा । समय के उपरान्त आने वाले किसी भी सदस्य को मतदान में भाग लेने का अधिकार न होगा।
- चुनाव कक्ष में मतदाताओं एवं अभिकर्ताओं का चुनाव अधिकारी द्वारा निर्गत पास द्वारा ही व्यक्ति प्रवेश का पात्र होगा।
- चुनाव तिथि के दिन चुनाव कार्यप्रणाली में किसी भी प्रकार की बाधा उत्पन्न होने के कारण अगर चुनाव स्थगित कर दिये जाते हैं तो ऐसी दशा में निर्वाचन अधिकारी अपनी आख्या जिला कार्य समिति, बाँदा को प्रस्तुत करेगा।
- कोई भी प्रत्याशी / अभिकर्ता किसी भी प्रत्याशी / अभिकर्ता के विरुद्ध अशिष्ट भाषा एवं मिथ्यारोपण नहीं करेगा।
- प्रत्याशी का एक मतदान अभिकर्ता एवं एक मतगणना अभिकर्ता की नियुक्ति हेतु प्रत्याशी द्वारा प्रतिनिधि के हस्ताक्षर प्रमाणित होने पर निर्वाचन अधिकारी द्वारा एजेन्ट कार्ड जारी किया जायेगा। लेकिन मतदान कक्ष अथवा मतगणना स्थल पर उनमें से केवल एक को ही प्रवेश की अनुमति होगी।
- मतदान एवं मतगणना के समय उपस्थित रहने वाले मतगणना अभिकर्ता / मतदान अभिकर्ता हेतु एक-एक फोटो उपलब्ध कराना प्रत्याशी की जिम्मेवारी होगी।
